100601 Call for Extraordinary General Meeting
The Committee will call for Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss the financial affairs due to the new premise including membership fee adjustment with the members. Please stay in tune with the emails.

100601 New Rehearsal Venue Arrangement
Since our establishment, HKPW runs as a registered non-profit making organization, with the support of TWGHs Wong Fut Nam College in providing the rehearsing venue and instruments. In these four years, we have gathered a group of passionate musicians. For long term development of the band, HKPW has decided to rent a premise for rehearsal.

The new rehearsal venue is at "Room 8, 1/F, Shing Yip Industrial Centre, 19-21 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon". For the detail, please refer to e-mail or "Contact Us" page in website.

The rehearsal time remains unchanged at 7:30pm – 10pm on every Friday. Members can arrive at 6:30pm earliest. For whom wish to come earlier, please contact the committee in advance. Rehearsals at the new venue will be started since this coming Friday on 4 Jun. If members have any difficulties in getting there, please gather at Kwun Tong MTR Station at 7pm and we will lead the way

If members cannot arrive at 7pm, please go by yourselves. In case if the main gate of the building is closed, please enter via the car park entrance. If members have any enquiry, please contact the committee.

100228 Internal Ticketing for 5 Apr Concert - The Music Travellers' Night
Our coming concert "The Music Travellers' Night" would be held on 5th April 2010 (8:00p.m.) at Tsuen Wan Town Hall (Auditorium). The tickets would be available on 5th March 2010 at Urbtix outlets.

In order to provide convenient and beneifical to our members, we would offer limited internal tickets to our members. Details are as follows:
Ordering Period　 : From 5th March 2010 to 5th April 2010 (Concert Day)
Price 　　　　 　 : $ 120/each (Orginal：$ 140/each)
Other Discount 　 : Half-price discount for full-time students, seniors aged 60 or above

For whom have interested to order the tickets, please contact Financial Secretary Michelle Lee. As the internal tickets are limited, it will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis. To reserve for good seating, please order the tickets early.

091209 Arrangement on Rehearsal Schedule
Starting from December 2009, the rehearsal would be extended to 3 hours, meaning that the updated rehearsal time is from 19:30 to 22:30. Moreover, sectional rehearsal or ensemble practice would be arranged in the last hour of rehearsal.
